AED 27.2 Million Increase in Beit Al Khair’s Spending During the Year of Community

Beit Al Khair Society has reinforced its humanitarian mission in 2025 by directing its charitable giving toward the most underprivileged and low-income segments of society, with a strong focus on improving beneficiaries' quality of life, easing their hardships, and bringing joy through an updated package of impactful projects.
As part of the UAE's "Year of Community", the society significantly ramped up its philanthropic efforts, with total spending reaching AED 160,857,350 by the end of November 2025 — an increase of AED 27.2 million over the same period in 2024, when total spending stood at AED 133,618,328. This remarkable growth reflects the UAE’s deepening commitment to social development, which continues to surpass regional and global expectations.
Notable Increases Across Key Projects:

Ramadan Support Projects: Spending soared to AED 24.8 million in 2025, compared to AED 16.4 million in the same period of 2024.

Educational Assistance: Funding increased to AED 7.7 million, up from AED 4.7 million last year.

Healthcare Aid ("Eilaj" Project): Support for critical patients experienced an unprecedented jump — from AED 6.8 million in 2024 to AED 18 million in 2025.

Emergency Aid for Financially Distressed Cases:

Zakat-funded aid: Reached AED 53 million

Charity-funded aid: Reached AED 25 million

Total emergency aid: AED 78 million, up from AED 70.1 million in 2024.

Debt Relief (Insolvency Project): Spending exceeded AED 5 million, with an increase of AED 1 million over last year.

These figures forecast a 13% increase in overall spending by the end of 2025, underscoring Beit Al Khair’s expanding role in uplifting the UAE community and fulfilling the vision of sustainable, compassionate development.
