Beit Al Khair Spends Over AED 8 Million to Support Housing for Emirati Citizens

As part of its humanitarian mission and ongoing efforts to enhance family stability and improve quality of life, Beit Al Khair Society announced the level of support it has provided for Emirati housing cases since the beginning of 2025, amounting to AED 8,050,253. This support included a range of assistance aimed at meeting the requirements of safe and dignified housing.
According to the Society’s report, the assistance was distributed across several key categories. Foremost among them was housing rent, which amounted to AED 3,714,113, underscoring the Society’s commitment to ensuring the stability of Emirati families and protecting them from the risk of losing their homes. In addition, AED 2,500,392 was allocated to completing housing construction, in support of families whose residential projects had stalled.
The support also covered furniture provision amounting to AED 543,206, household necessities valued at AED 641,750, as well as essential electronic appliances worth AED 25,000, contributing to the preparation of homes suitable for daily living.
In the area of maintenance and utilities, the Society provided AED 150,400 for general maintenance works, AED 44,224 for sewerage services, and AED 363,300 for electricity and water services.
Beit Al Khair also intervened in emergency cases, including incidents involving house fires, allocating AED 67,866 to address the consequences of such incidents and ensure families could return to safe homes.
The Society affirmed that these efforts are aligned with its strategy to preserve the dignity of citizens, strengthen social stability, and provide the foundations of a decent life, stressing its continued commitment to supporting the housing sector as one of the most important pillars of sustainable charitable work.
Beit Al Khair also praised the role of benefactors and partners who contributed to achieving these accomplishments, calling for continued community solidarity in serving the nation and its people.
